Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.

Missed Appointments

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Administrative Services

Fees for completed administrative services, document reviews, consultations, training sessions, portfolio management, and support services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Subscription Services

Monthly memberships and subscription services may be canceled at any time; however, no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Heartfelt Support & Seal LLC.
